Pure Petroleum, LLC is not a corporation. Pure is a Nevada Limited Liability Company whose managing members are Greg Karl and Cliff Turley. They manage the company with significant reliance on the experience and expertise of the Pure employee team. The managing members take their management responsibilities very seriously. They review and update management best practices, ensure processes are in place to address compliance and disclosure matters, and firmly uphold the principles of transparency, financial integrity and fair management compensation in dealing with Pure's business associates and Pure's investing partners.
